1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for opened items within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
  4. Ship the item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe mentioned above, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided.

8. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
